I think the end Goal is not to have " another co" process the Ree. Sounds like a big goal, but when one takes into account the strong Govt. ties in SL developed by allied, and mr Beckmann's expertise. It is not soooo crazy. That leaves one major variable......$$. How could Sney get that capital? Either through direct investment or JV. There is one major step to getting either of those...... Get current( removal of CE). After Friday, we are 2 filings away from doing just that.
This is of course, my opinion, but it is possible. Processing REE, even partially, would be a huge step. Processing REE to any point past the sands, even if not to the pure elements, makes potential revenue exponentially greater. The closer to the pure element form the REE are, the much more valuable they are.
