Just did some checking up on the Lynas Ree Project in Malaysia. They were issued a two year temporary operation permit in Feb. 2012. If they perform to specification they will be issued a long term permit at the end of two years. The plant is 98% completed and about 90% of startup. They have a workforce of 256 in place which is about 80% required for full production. Got this info from the 1st Quarter Report of Lynas. Google it for verfication if you like. That is one source not in China that SNEY could have their REE Ore processed in large quanities. There is also a chart in the report that shows current pricing for most REE elements. Avg. is about $92.00 per kg. which is 2.2 lbs.
