The perception is that the Company will be receiving a grant for the Phase III of the EMRG High Velocity Projectile. It can be ascertained that this will restore the Company to break even in the 3rd and 4th quarters 2012.

This is why the price has settled at twice the valuation you talk about.

In addition, Steipp has projected a ramping up of projection, indicating that the three customers sent prototypes will be coming in with purchase orders.
