With that, I'd hope any extra cash was used for investment into the future. Did the company "need" to dilute as much as it did as fast? 4,067,661,243 shares of common stock were sold with
$905,782 raised thru 2011.

Yes, we agree on one part, It was extremely needed as close to being cashless as the company was... The "tidy" and "legit" terms, well not sure what that has to do with anything?

The current PPS is 33% below the post RS price... All those buys at .0002 are under water. What kind of quarterly is going to have to be reported to see profit for those in prior?
I'd have to agree with another poster in that over 200-250K/Q will be needed, as well incrimentally increasing to see any "dynamic/animal" trading as some read in the koolaid stained box of fortune cookies. (thats short a manipulated P&D)
