R3, this statement has always struck me as perhaps missing the point...

I can't see PAR Capital taking an interest in Tivus at this point. There would need to be a lot of stabilization of the company and more contracts with the Technology.

By "missing the point," I mean, what if PAR's involvement with TIVUS will be the source of stability itself?

Shiva stated in the radio interview that traditional financing was coming, and that it would take care of remaining note-holders. If we're to be charitable, then why not suppose (it's speculation, of course) that this is what Shiva was hinting at.

Despite my frustration with this company's timetable this past year, I still find it nearly impossible not to read the recent LNET Q1 and PR as strongly suggestive of something along these lines in the works for us.
