It appears as though PAR Capital has sold off a number of LNET shares. They used to hold around $70 million in 2010, but it appears they are not longer in their top 25 holdings. PAR holds around $2.5 billion in assets and have focused in airlines and travel industry. Shapiro (one of the partners) is the one who left LNET's BOD's. I can't see PAR Capital taking an interest in Tivus at this point. There would need to be a lot of stabilization of the company and more contracts with the Technology. PAR is a private company, so they can do what they want. R3
