I contacted the company today. I can tell everyone the mood is extremely high and buzzing. I will not speculate on the timing of an expected 8K as surely there would be work to do from the law firms in finalizing all documents then releasing the results to the SEC via the 8K assuming a final draft is accepted. Considering a final document was/is being reviewed tells me this has gone through other drafts and the company was confident enough to call this a final draft. Keeping in mind last weekend a principal from Brand was in NYC with Linda perry over the weekend which prompted her trip back to LA for the final draft review with attorneys
