LOL. Why would you be referring to SNPK's "e" status?! We all know these promo plays are pump and dumps. Sounds like you are posting on the GWBU board where peeps will buy that talk. For that matter, SNPK was flat for at least as long if not longer than GWBU has been thus far.

I get being pissed about the way this play started, but I personally don't care about all that at this juncture. They made their choice in plays and at the moment I'm feelin pretty damn good about holding GWBU.

In answer to you question about why they aren't running it yet consider this: why would they run it leading into a week where the very board designed to discuss their plays is talking mostly about TBX?! LOL. They aren't stupid. They probably figure, let that play burn itself out and when it does we will light up GWBU. It will allow for more firepower for the squeeze.
