Without yet looking at their IP and its process, exactly my first thoughts Value T when I saw "down to 25%" - that is hard cemented ore, so energy inputs to get granular would be concern given ever rising energy costs.
Think of AP resource as a gravel bed that is deep, it might dig out lumpy but bang it just a little and it is granular.
