I read him your post. The final draft of the contract is with the lawyers. However, he is not expecting an 8K on Tuesday of next week. Not till everything is finally finally agreed upon by the lawyers and the contracts officially signed.

As I say, great growth stock. I will get in as long as the price stays down long enough. If not, then I will have to watch carefully to see what happens to the price.
