Thanks Ghors.actually its just "logical reasoning" that the ICC arbitration rules would apply because both parties signed the contract to abide by "binding arbitration".Indeed NY Law is also cited BUT the ICC agreement would trump that.Also with IDC citing the Supreme Ct case concerning this specific question as to application of what law's apply..you clarified it..Patience
