The purpose of the suit is to return ill gotten gains to the company (shareholders) and to ensure that fraudsters aren't enriched by means of fraud. This suit is by no means a disservice to JBI and it's shareholders, and it should be embraced, along with Grampps, by those who deem it to be otherwise, by mudslinging.
