Benefits and costs of going to battle need to be considered. I have no interest in lining the pocket book of a scum sucking bottom feeding attorney so I can be entertained by him igniting his aft port. Participating in that will not help my investment. I doubt the legal fees would be marginal. I doubt most investors like seeing their investment pissed away to enrich an attorney.

The new “Investors” used good attorneys, and paid legal fees, to truly protect they're investment, and ‘derivatively’, mine too. That’s a ‘Derivative’ I like!...and a great use of attorneys fees.
