well you cant live in lala land if you want to make a little money , its a job and one needs discipline to make it work , cutting emotions out of it. Either you know whats going on or you dont. Stay vested in stocks that have trends and forget this emotional BS because no one cares. Good traders dont give a squat about long term trends . Playing the bounce is much funner.
