May has just about come and gone. Continued silence from the company, PPS trending down further and further, and ZERO signs this thing will ever come back to life again.
As much complaining that I do... At one point in time I had so much faith in this company and their vision. I brought in many family, friends, and co-workers who have invested SUBSTANTIAL amounts of their own money in good faith that I was being honest and truthful to them. If I could do it all over, I would NEVER had recommended this stock to anyone. It's one thing when you are personally down 10's of thousands of dollars, but it really hurts to see people I brought in down just as much and some even more! I feel like I let them down and that is what bothers me the most.
At this point, the most I can ask for is that the company files an 8k, gets their financials in order, and starts giving us some guidance on the future of their company! This would at least allow my group of investors to make a decision based on FACTS if Inca is worth riding out or if they should start selling, even if it is in small portions over the next year or so. Ideally, doing a RS would allow for us to satisfy the Penson Restrictions and also make the OS more attractive to REAL investors (aka the big boys) if warranted of course.
Heres to hoping SOMETHING happens soon!!!
