locks your blind faith in this penny stock is crazy. The reason the chill/JMJ is involved with CBAI is because it's a penny stock! Not the other way around. You shouldn't be in penny stocks if you're worried about them showing up. Just like you shouldn't be surprised with a reverse split and issuing more shares!
