I don't have time to do this right now, but we could probably figure out the possible number of deaths in each arm to produce this HR (because they both have to be integers of course) - thus 5 and 11 is close but not quite right. (OT note - polynomial equations with solutions that have to be integers are called Diophantine equations and they have no easy mathematical solutions - this very simple one is most likely best solved by trial and error).
