You didn't check very well then.
It's a Federal requirement that all clinical studies that wil result in claims or be used for regulatory purposes are proactively registered here:
www.clinicaltrials.gov
There are no such trials for any of the products MILV are promoting.
And these products are medicines by virtue of the claims that MILV are making for them, and therefore are not covered by the supplement exemptions that you posted.
Sooner or later FDA will catch up with them on that, but sadly the chances are that the crooks behind this obvious pump and dump scam will have moved on to their next confidence trick by then.
