Listen, the only truth right now is that the BOD and willingham are getting paid for sitting in those chairs. The accountants and anybody else associated with this lucrative cow is also getting paid. They are not in any hurry to do anything they are getting paid to do nothing. They are using whatever money is left on the state and guess what they get to use it as they please. Well if you are using resources and there is no money coming in do you really think the pps will go up? These people are doing exactly the same thing Hochberg ans Susman and associates did, they are taking advantage of the situation for their own benefit.
