Update:

Samantha is still with the company FOR NOW.
Nathan is very careful now with his words when you talk to him, I think we are going to see this company go private.

Also the PR was released by OUTSIDE counsel, He did also change his story to what part of the agency. He said the Kazaa factor was winded down and the agency, I asked again does that mean the company as a whole, he said the agency part.. he kept playing with his words.
