Sorry for the typo-

After years of being invested in IWEB, I have learned at least 1 thing.

Set your expectations low and take profit when the opportunity presents.

Do I expect growth? No. Will I take profits if there is growth and the PPS rises? Yes.

With Sig running the show- I have learned to expect nothing positive.
IMO, Sig has a history of missed opportunities, missed forecasts, losses, and a failed merger.
We have witnessed significant dilution.

Further, during my DD I found another (older/settled) lawsuit in which IWEB was sued by one of their suppliers for nearly $1,000,000.

Perhaps I expect too much of a pink sheet company....

I am going to contact IWEB IR and ask about allegations 43-45 in the most recent lawsuit in which IWEB was sued.

While the allegations may be unfounded, the notion of financial impropriety on the part of IWEB CFO Mark Lucky is of concern.
