Actually I know exactly how this will turn out:

WDRP will be suspended by the SEC, and both AMF and SEC will bring criminal charges against several of the gangsters behind this scam, inclduing Jean François Amyot.

And before you ask me for proof, it's called pattern recognition, experience, and a whole host of DD into the crims behind this and so many other penny stock scams.
