Preferred stock stand before the Common Shareholders there by proxy is dilutive. One can assume many things in quantifying a Co.'s Market Capitalization but the common knowledge knows Preferred stock stands in front of the line when quantifying shareholder valuations. You can string a shoe lace any way you want but the method utilized does not change the functionality,gg.
