Seems we're losing our steam. With all the buys mentioned on here this morning, seems we still aren't getting a lot of actual new investors.

A new contract has been posted on usaspending.gov. $63,500 on 2-22-12 to the Army for upgrading system components. They're now just over 100k for the year on federal money.
