Fair enough...but if the deal between ATRN and BD for Kazaa fell through in DEC and Bermeister came on the BOD for Cocoon in April, that's almost 4 months to get his bio correct. If they flubbed his bio 4 months after that deal fell through that's a pretty BIG mistake.

My take is that the deal was cancelled as originally written because Atrinsic had BD against the ropes with the new technology that Emanuel Krassenstein discovered with Kazaa. Since Emanuel worked for Atrinsic at the time of discovery the new found technology technically was the proprietary property of Atrinsic. BD, Bermeister and Dyne all being the smart guys they are decided to "contribute" Kazaa to Atrinsic to sell the new, ground breaking technology. This is the same guy that's worked for Dyne forever, built Skype, built Kazaa, best friends with Steven Bermeister, Kevin's brother. IMO and as Dave has said many times BD was using Atrinsic to burn cash until they could get the kinks worked out of Kazaa and market it to a buyer.
