You do not even know the deal and you are putting shares into the equation? This post is way off base IMO. How could you just toss out numbers like that. Also digital Media companies are experiencing massive valuations so no one knows where this company will go once they pull everything together
An 8k is just around the corner which will detail the deal. That will be a first step
