Star, it's from yesterday's filing..

They're giving out stock to get financing.
This doesn't cause debt, as someone else mentioned

But it does cause gte to be diluted by new shares coming on to the market

No doubt some will come in asap because people like to lock in profit.
Also some may be used short for strategy

The float will increase so the potential for more of that float to go short also increases
