Since there was a speedy negotiated settlement (approx 6 week, if I recall correctly), WTCN's allegations were not individually addressed via court filings. It would be very interesting to learn WTCN's basis to allege personal use of company funds against IWEB CFO Mark Lucky. (allegations 43-45, inclusive)
