Great post, but not just dilute our shares? Or issue preferred shares which have more voting power then commons?



Bingo...The "right investors"

We own too much of the float and obviously not selling fast enough so why not seek private equity investors to pay for enough preferred shares to increase their leverage in a vote. IMO the reason they don't seem too worried about litigation is that the price for a buyout is going to be big enough that they know it's fair for everyone involved.

The only way they could have diluted the common shares would be to have increased the A/S, otherwise they only had 13 million more shares to dilute which IMO wasn't enough to give them the vote they needed. Deregistering and seeking a private investor (IMO Europlay Capital - Dyne/Musci) gives them the vote and reduces the risk of a buyout being shot down by retail investors.
