I've asked this question several times before but the debt keeps popping up so I'll ask again.

Would it be too presumptious of me to think the debt is already paid in full considering that the company "deregistered" all unsold shares in that offering? If they deregistered the shares before it was paid off wouldn't that be tantamount to selling a car with a lien on it?
