I was thinking of possible reasons that someone would be so blatant about trying to keep the pps down with all of the low sells that have happened over time. I could only come up with two. Someone is very angry at Inca. Or someone wants to buy Inca and is planning on using the past average price as leverage in negotiations. Any other thoughts?
