Something is amiss here and there are too many holes in the storyline in my opinion...I appreciate Jorge putting something forward but as mentioned here, why has Brent Johnson not honestly addressed the Shareholders with the Truth ...
Remember Jorge still owns something down there and I understand that we are possibly $500,000 away from a piece of it …hopefully the monies have been placed in “Trust” if the deal isn't consummated. But that doesn't appear to be the way business is done with the Company ...some with a handshake ...some with a none contractual agreements, some monies forwarded without legal recourse. Must be a new way of “Doing Business”
Barrick is playing games right now ....remember I posted a long time ago that these guys will pull out every trick in the book and block are progress at any cost, well its happening !!
Not sure why Brent wouldn't have taken a “Cease and Desist” from BCSC for 3 months versus saying that what we printed was wrong, unless there is truth in that ...
Just look at the price of the stock ,don't you think that if you had Chile within your grasp that you'd be getting that Private Placement out at 0.40 to 0.45cents, appeasing the ones that just helped you achieve your last last Private Placement at 0.65 with some kind of promise of redemption and take the lock-down by the Commission.
I personally don't like the “retraction” as to me it shows that Jorge has been not quite forthcoming and truthful in his posted words, as he was asked what lands does he own under Title and who owns lands surrounding Mina Pascua.
Brent must have felt that those poorly worded Press Releases were truthful at the time of print and now this full about-face which to me shows total loss of credibility with the markets and his own shareholders. I personally do not believe that that was his intent but now he's made it reality !!
It parallels in similarity to the “ Weapons of Mass Destruction “...Was George W. given false reconnaissance...
In my opinion a sabbatical by the Commission and a share-price freeze for the summer would have given Brent and Co. and Jorge and the Shareholders and those posting here that much needed break to regroup and refocus and time to wrap up the court proceedings on Mina Pascua and the Fitzgerald suit.

I believe I said it would be Christmas 2012 before you and I can truly see through the Fog, the Untruths, the Shareholder Manipulation to achieve the Unknown....
