Please tell me in your opinion why then ?

For the company, it helped them fix their share structure and get on a exchange that won’t be completely wiped out when the bear market resumes.

I thought based on the chart that we are in major bear market right now. Look at the chart. This stock is being shorted to the ground. The way this stock is performing we are going to hit pennies next year. Stock performance is a reflection of management’s performance. I have no option but to hold right now and i do believe in strat success but it makes me sick to the stomach what has happened to PPS after R/S and management promises of shareholders benefiting from R/S and higher exchange.
