The benefit of the r/s is buying today's dirt low price, as far as were concerned Although the r/s isn't why we're down here. It's the excuse going around Makes no difference
For the company, it helped them fix their share structure and get on a exchange that wont be completely whiped out when the bear market resumes. Most fund managers and banks wont even look at otc's. They've greatly increased their audience
