This is severance pay for sure. One of four things happening.

1. Kimble is retiring for health or family issues as stated.

2. Kimble is done with his part of the project and no longer needed.

3. GTE is possibly selling and Kimble is not going to be picked up by the new owner and GTE is looking out for their own. (Leigh Coleman left just 15 days ago wonder what he got?)Leigh is a free agent now with lots of shares too. He has not sold any as far as I could tell.

4. One thing for sure they are not receiving money they all want stock this should tell us bigger things are coming. The stock price will be going up or Kimble would want cash not stock.

Hope we are not selling but there was a lot in the agreement that discussed selling could be legal wording just in case but only they know. Just my opinion and only mine.
