I don't think I'm any closer to an answer than you are...very odd deal and then in the Disclosure statement under Buisness Development it says:

9. There are no anticipated stock splits, dividends, recapitalizations, mergers,
acquisitions, spinoffs, nor is there a reorganization planed.

Did it already happen? Do they classify it as something different than that? Weird...

Talk about a hell of a deal if you get to claim millions in revenue but don't have any liabilities :) Very interested to see what kind of PR's come out on this one. Still searching for some answers here.....
