Indeed, have not run across a deal structured anything like this before where a company gets to claim the rights to another companies revenues..?? If anyone can point me in the direction of another deal like this please do...lol. Bailey said to expect PR's to follow so perhaps that will shed more light into what exactly has transpired here.

It seems to me that this was a work around to allow Refarma to go public, where JAQC and Rafarma are essentially one in the same in that buying into JAQC give you access to the $100's of millions in revenue that Rafarma generates.....but without their liabilities??? Whats the catch...lol..??? JAQC will have the sweetest looking balance sheet ever and really won't have any business other then their investment in Rafarma?

Also maybe the cosmetics line that is discussed will get spun off to DNDT, I don't really see that fitting in here.
