Agreed, I believe the BCSC was all over MSX's arse about this, complaints from ABX probably forced regulators to make msx do this or they would be shut down again like last time for about 3 months, i would think that things are moving along in Chile, they, MSX did say in the latest PR that court procedings are ongoing in Chile, but we the investors will just have to wait for the next PR and hopefully it is a big one in favour of the claims
