My congratulations and thanks to Dino and dyna for coming forth to participate today. It was a pleasure having both of you there. All in all, I thought it was a productive session. My apologies to the board for the typos and, 'upon further review', a missing word here or there. As I think dyna and Dino will attest to, I tried to capture every word but it turned out to be virtually impossible. Many interesting but simulataneous sidebars going on.

So, thanks for the patience and support of this board. Thanks to Dino, dyna and an honorable mention to Leitrim for his new openness. And thanks again to TOVC management for the willingness to take a risk, to try something novel and different, to stand up for free speech and to address some of the concerns expressed on this board by its shareholders.
