Which question are you referring to nycinvst? I can't figure out what your REAL motive is here on this board. You show up all of a sudden and start citing irrevelent SEC crapola about minutes of meetings, etc. You just got a fund set up for you and you are ungratefull? It's ok, I don't think law school is a good occupation for you anyways. Too many bad interpretations have been made by you. But your disposition seems to be why we all hate lawyers in the first place. You are not convincing anyone here on this board to sway to your side with your remarkable conclusions of NYS Business Law and SEC law. More toned down intellegent postings might help your credibility.
