My opinion is that whoever runs TBX was a part of APS at sometime, and that might be why they had an APS list, but not "THE" list, cause I didn't get a message from TBX for ECIT. Also they handle themselves very different. They are throwing hints, telling people when their next pick is coming, forums on their website, Facebook account, Twitter account, the works. Very different from APS imo.
