I was only using the first quarter of 2012 for my P/E calculation, so I guess that isn't correct.

I found out that DHT EPS for all of 2011 was $0.24, so $0.60 / $0.24 = 2.5.

At a multiple of 15, the share price should be $3.60. So, my question is this, what about this company causes the market to value it at a paltry 2.5 P/E ratio?

I can't rationalize it. It looks to me like the stock is severely depressed, and loading here for the long term is a huge opportunity.
