I bought a small chunk yesterday at .003 thinking it was a good place to get a nice starter position. And then this came online at Nevada SOS.

So I looked up super voting preferred stock.

The only reason I can see for the registering of super voting preferred stock is to dilute commons and still retain majority voting rights (control). Ol' Edweird showing more contempt for the common class shareholders? Needless to say I won't be buying anymore SEGI. uggh!
