I have buys out at 45. The threat of r/s is a shadow this can't escape without management laying it to rest. It's an even greater risk when you consider the convertible preferred.

A r/s with potential future dilution affects kills the buying interest.

Imo, the only saving grace would be the ability to preserve the dividend. If they do a r/s and raise the divi accordingly it'll be fine. But if they do a 1 for 10 and only take the divi to a dime that will be a price killer.

Imo, new value price to own this is at 35 to 45
