The avg daily volume was really low for like 6 mos then out of the blue huge volume hits.

With the lack of filings and huge volume OTC issues the CE Warning because of suspicious trading volume.

But many bottom reversals are often confirmed with higher than normal volume, I guess OTC doesn't take that into consideration.
