Connecting some dots. looks like 2 promo groups were paid to send out mailers on monday. Mailers should be hitting soon. Good news. Penny lane Reports and Elite Penny Stocks sent out mailers on the 14th of this month (2 days ago). For STVF they both sent out mailers on the 21st of March. STVF ran 6 days later from $1.28 to $3.30. It's about to be go time!
