Shares outstanding, Financials, etc...

According to the PR, "This buyback [5,000,000] is the equivalent of 50% of the total public stock float of IDS"

Does that mean there's only 5,000,000 shares in the float right now? That's it!?!??? Anybody know how many shares are outstanding? How many shares the execs are holding?

To date, they've only purchased back 600,000 shares, so they got 4,400,000 more shares to go. I'm sure that will boost the PPS as well.
