Whats the schedule for new Loans?

In hind sight the Visser loans were pretty telling. He basically made up the difference between revenues and expenses. If there is a need to file more 8k's, when legally would that have to be filed? and further more..if there are no more filed, at what point would that be an indication that Q2 was holding its own. Is it 30 days after Q2 close?? Also, didn't they announce a loan just a couple days after the Q1 3/15 release??
