What Quer doesnt understand is this, if the judge allows this rico case to move forward and they, Fitz estate and Ranspot lose, I am sure that the money that will be collected by the company, msx will be HUGE, then my guess is that msx will go after abx and other companies for HUGE CASH, remember the mine in question here and the company it went to is abx.
I really believe that back then and now without the legal bs, msx should be abx
