Laptop,

When I was complaining about the internal seach engine about their zip code, it was very peculiar. All of a sudden I was typing my complaint in the "feedback" text box, and then a screen just popped up that led me directly to a live customer service representative.

So I was chatting with the customer rep for about 10 minutes. I was scheming so bad and trying to get as much information out of this rep as possible.

I found out that he was an outsourced customer rep. He said that he was not in America. I'm assuming that their customer assistants and webmasters and programmers are either in the philippines or India or something. I tried to get him to tell me what country he was based in but he said he couldn't say. But it doesn't matter, they're cheap labor which is great for us.

Secondly, I asked about the 500,000 car ad claim. He said that they'd be updating the ads constantly. Laptop, I'm sure you're right. The ads just take time to post. Especially when you're dealing with 100s of thousands. So I'm looking for a boatload of more listings. Laptop, have you been keeping track of how many cars are listed? I believe tonight was a total of 34,000. I wanted to ask you if you knew the number a week/2 weeks/month ago.

But I'll be constantly checking for updates and new listings.
